  So... for dinner was KENTS, we thought!!!! We called and placed a TO-GO order. I was told over the phone 20 minutes, well i waited before leaving home, When i get there my food wasnt ready. Which was fine i paid for my food and waited. 30 more minutes went by having to listen to the manager and workers cussing each other out and yelling in the back, my food still wasnt ready. I finally asked was my order ready, the guy slowly turned around and brought the food that had been sitting there for awhile back and said here it is. I get home and my food was cold and we were missing some of our order. We called back and took the food back. My husband got there told them i gave them $21 in cash and 7 something on my debit card and my mom paid separately with her debit card. The whole total was $36, well because there was shrimp missing and because we didnt bring the drink and a ranch back they only gave us back $25. The manager was RUDE && didn't really seem to care. We told her that they wouldn't have to worry about our buisness or our families buisness anymore and we were gonna post it on social media, she still didnt care. Soo if your wanting warm food, and a good experience DONT go to KENTS.

  Love it. The meal is always hot and the people's are very nice

  I've been eating here for 20+ years. Never really had an issue. Great food and employees. However, if you order wings...you gotta ask for extra seasoning or you wont taste it at all. But 5 stars from me.
